Originally from Williamsburg, Virginia, Billy is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, dedicated to developing strong leaders and helping individuals reach their full potential. Outside of work, Billy is passionate about mountain biking, leadership development, community outreach, and empowering others to achieve personal and professional growth. He became General Manager at CMS Atlanta in 2026.
